What it does
A form of vitamin A that speeds up cell turnover and stimulates collagen. Over months it softens fine lines, fades marks and keeps pores clear. The skin has to convert retinol into retinoic acid before it works, which makes it slower and gentler than prescription tretinoin.
How to use it
Evenings only, on dry skin. Start with a pea-sized amount two or three nights a week and build up as your skin allows. Wear SPF every morning, and avoid retinoids during pregnancy.
