innisfree’s Retinol Cica Repair Pad is a first step for troubled skin, aimed at the look of pores, marks and rough texture. Each pad has two sides: a pale-green side carrying retinol and cica, and a soft white bamboo side soaked in moisture essence. The fabric is woven with jade powder for a cooling feel, and a soothing complex of cica, green tea ceramide and green tea biome is added to keep it gentle.

How to use

Wipe or mask

    Take a pad

    After cleansing, lift out one pad with the tweezers.

  2. 2

    Wipe

    Wipe gently along the skin’s grain with the white side, like a toner pad, to clear away oil and dead skin.

  3. 3

    Or mask

    Split the two layers apart to cover the whole face, and leave the green side on for 10 to 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Pat in

    Remove the pads and pat the remaining essence into the skin.

Smooth, calm and refreshed

A quick wipe in the morning or a cool, ten-minute mask at night, for skin that looks smoother and feels soothed.

Good to know

  • Contains retinol and salicylic acid. If you are new to retinol, patch test first and start slowly.
  • Retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun. If you use it in the morning, finish with sunscreen.
  • Take care when using it with AHA or scrub products or beauty devices. On sensitive days, skip it or use a little with a moisturiser.
