This is the Over Blur Tint in two shades from Peripera’s Tteok Recipe Collection. The formula feels light yet comfortable, blurs lip lines and dries down to a soft, powdery matte. It clings to the lips without caking or fading, so the blurred Korean lip look holds up. The pointed tip draws a soft overline and the flat side blurs it in.
