Velvet lip tint

A light, velvety matte tint with high colour payoff that lasts through meals, for gradient or full lips.

Peripera’s Ink The Velvet is the brand’s long-running velvet tint. It feels light and refreshing, sets to a smooth matte that stays soft rather than dry, and keeps its vivid colour for six hours or more, even through eating and drinking. Dab it in the centre for a gradient or fill the whole lip for a fuller look. The line covers a wide range of nudes, roses, plums and reds.

  • Velvet silicone base

    Silicone and soft silicone gels and powders at the top of the list, behind the smooth, velvety matte finish.

    Water is held inside the silicone by emulsifiers, which is how the tint feels refreshing and keeps lips from feeling dry under the matte.

How to use

Gradient or full

  1. 1

    Wipe

    Wipe the tip on the neck of the tube so you start with a thin layer.

  2. 2

    Dab the centre

    For a gradient, dab colour on the inner lips and blend it outward.

  3. 3

    Fill or layer

    For full colour, cover the whole lip and add a second coat once the first has set.
