This is the unscented version of haruharu wonder’s Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner, made without the essential oil and plant alcohol of the original for skin that reacts to even tiny amounts. The watery, slightly viscous toner gives a boost of hydration, eases tightness and helps restore elasticity.

How to use

Right after cleansing

    Cleanse

    Wash your face and pat it dry.

    Soak

    Wet a cotton pad with the toner, or pour a little into your palm.

  3. 3

    Sweep

    Spread it evenly over the whole face.

  4. 4

    Pat

    Pat gently until absorbed. Layer it several times on dry areas, or leave a soaked pad on them for 5 minutes as a toner mask.
