Product details

Three Dear Darling Water Tint bottles in Red Grapefruit Ade, Grape Ade and Orangeade on a white table between a halved pomegranate, grapes and raspberries

Juicy + lasting

A watery lip tint in fruit-ade colours that sinks in fast and keeps the stain on.

Etude’s Dear Darling Water Tint is a sheer, water-light liquid that soaks into lips and leaves a fresh, juicy stain, like a sip of summer fruit ade. The non-sticky formula absorbs quickly, so the colour stays put long after it dries down.

What’s inside

The ingredients doing the work

  • Water base

Water leads the list, which is what gives the tint its thin, weightless feel and quick, non-sticky dry-down.

No. 1, 2 of 18 on the list

  • Trehalose + glycerin

Moisture-holding sugars and humectants, so lips feel comfortable rather than tight as the stain sets.

No. 3, 14 of 18 on the list

  • Berry fruit complex

Pomegranate, raspberry and grape juices, the fruit complex Etude adds to keep lips hydrated.

    No. 16, 17, 18 of 18 on the list

  • Stain colours

Water-soluble dyes that tint the lips themselves, which is why the colour lasts once it has soaked in.

    No. 7, 8, 12, 13 of 18 on the list

How to use

Gradient or full

  1. 1

    Wipe

Draw the applicator out and wipe it on the rim of the bottle to set how much tint you pick up.

  2. 2

    Dab

For a gradient, dab a little onto the inner part of your lips.

  3. 3

    Blend

Press it outwards so the colour fades softly towards the edges.

  4. 4

    Build

For full colour, layer it across the whole lip once the first coat has sunk in.

Pomegranate seeds and glossy drops of sheer red liquid on white

Colour that lasts all day

A fresh flush of fruity colour that feels like nothing on, and stays bright through the day.
