Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Serum Toner is richer than a typical toner, with a silky serum feel that still absorbs quickly. Ceramide NP, doubled compared with the previous formula, works with newly added panthenol to strengthen the barrier, moisturize and soften, and it preps skin for the next step. It suits everyone, and dry skin especially.
