Soft-matte blur

A soft-matte lipstick that slides on thin and blurs into a velvety, diffused finish, with jojoba and raspberry seed oils.

CLIO’s Chiffon Mood Lip is a fine, soft texture that wraps the lips lightly. It glides on smoothly and blurs out for a powdery-soft finish without feeling dry or caked. Wear it as a full lip, or dab it on the inner lips and blend outwards for a soft gradient.
