Product details

A white foam-pump bottle of Honest Scalp Nourishing Tonic Ampoule on a white stone table between green tea leaves and heartleaf leaves with a puff of foam

Leave-in scalp care

A light foaming scalp tonic with 17 amino acids, beer yeast and fermented heartleaf to nourish hair at the roots.

Part of Benton’s Honest line. The base is a ferment of heartleaf, perilla and green tea leaves, joined by beer yeast extract, amino acids, peptides and vitamins to give the scalp and roots rich moisture and nourishment. Instead of ethanol, it uses menthol for a cool, refreshing feel.

How to use

After shampooing

  1. 1

    Shake gently

Tilt the bottle lightly from side to side. Shaking hard up and down can make it splash.

  2. 2

    Pump

Part your hair and pump the foam one or two times straight onto the scalp.

  3. 3

    Massage

Spread it over problem areas or the whole scalp with your fingertips, then pat until absorbed. Don’t rinse.

  4. 4

    Brush

For a little extra stimulation, brush through dry hair with a scalp brush or massager.

Healthy hair starts at the scalp

A cool, light foam that feeds the roots with amino acids and beer yeast after every wash.

Good to know

  • A scalp care cosmetic, not a hair-loss treatment. Use it after washing or whenever your scalp feels dry, day or night.
  • Contains menthol, tea tree oil and peppermint oil for a cooling feel. Keep it away from your eyes, and rinse with water if it gets in them.
  • If your scalp is sensitive, try a small amount first. If you use minoxidil, check with a specialist before combining them.
  • Contains fragrance, last on the list.
  • Comes in a 100 mL foam pump bottle.
